On the Move, a la Lyonaise

The fellow in the truck rides around with the water tanks, while the fellow on the right hoses down the sidewalks.

Apparently a Lyon resident signs up for the bicycle program. They have these bike parking lots in several places around here. A person notes their bike number, punches into a free-standing kiosk (much like we do when we pump our gasoline), then it unlocks and rides off. When they're through, they park it somewhere else.

Nomination for best recyled baby stroller: a "stall" in the local art market.

Wheelbarrow on the move.

A minute later this frisky little fellow bonked into the back of his mother's leg and got a scolding.

The funicular to the top of Fourviere Hill. It looks like a Metro car, but runs on cables.

You can rent these through the summer. It's the city's way of promoting their Music Festival.
